USC is even a strong team this year, not that it will count for much. Still in the top 25 of the AP, but not eligible for anything. I'll still hit the Coliseum for my three games this year as i share seats with a friend, but its never the same without playoff aspirations. Still love college football. |

LSU Tigers (#2). beat the W.Va. Mountaineers.
Oklahoma pulled off a win and retains their position at #1. The Florida Gators put on an impressive win. Ohio State wins over Colorado but Wisconsin seems to be the team to beat in The Big 10. Still waiting to see what Alabama can do with the rankings in the next couple of weeks of play. |
