Default Free-Running

I've been doing free-running for about 5 years now. In the middle of directing a doucmentary about it now. I find it very much of an adrenaline rush and also metally satisfying.

Looks awesome. Feels awesome. Is awesome. Awesomely dangerous. Awesomely staying away from it.

Are you speaking of "free-running" like Parkour, or like Forrest Gump did?
