Well, I am a very busy person, and can't fit in much more training to my week.

And I think I'm fit enough already. I am hench.

I'd be interested in getting an app like that. I know it will be of absolutely no practical use whatsoever, but it is still interesting to find out.

My advice is to create a playlist that lasts for about an hour of songs with, perhaps a good beat which ought to help you to vary your pace. You won't know, but I think you might speed up or slow down depending on the song you are listening to.
I hate chronic cardio. I hate it with a passion. It is so goddamned, mind numbingly boring, I can't stand it.

When I do cardio, I do HIITs - link - as it's more time efficient, and I'd rather spend the dividend weight training.

Funnily enough, I agree with that. It's really boring, horrible in the winter and if you don't warm up properly your sides start hurting. It's probably one of the most boring sports around.

But since I'm starting to get really good at it, I ain't stopping!

Gentleman...I think your problem is that you lack discipline.

I was so excited about this thread's topic. That was until I saw the Asian meme.

Rearry, guys? C'mon.

Thought so. No one ever sees my pics in the "Funny Pictures" thread either. Why not post some here?

Well, what do you listen to while running. Since making this thread my running tracks have expanded greatly.

I've got everything from The Wombats & Ke$ha to Springsteen and Dr. Dre. I'll show you mine if you should me yours.
