I'm really thick when it comes to these technical things, how exactly do I sign up and is this only for MB members as well?

Register and pick your team here Fantasy Premier League - The official fantasy football game of the Barclays Premier League
Then you just have to go to Leagues and join a league. It will ask you for the code for the league, which is a few posts back. That will add you to the MB league I set up. |

Double check you joined and if not, get signed up. If you miss the deadline (only just over an hour to go) then still join anyway. I joined a work league late and it still credited me the points as if I had made the deadline so I think it would register all of your points anyway. |

And now, just to show you should NEVER bet on my predictions...
(my predictions in normal type, actual result in bold) Swansea to beat West Ham (maybe 3-0) Woohoo! Exactly right! Everton to annihilate Villa (probalbly 3-0 too) Close! 3-1 to Everton Man Utd take revenge on Fulham (4-0) Well, 3-2 to Utd; not as one-sided as I had expected QPR beat Norwich narrowly (3-2) Actually drew 1-1 Southampton Wigan draw (1-1) Nah, Wigan beat them 2-0 Reading Wigan draw (0-0) Somehow I thought Wigan would play two games, at the same time, against two other clubs! Anyway, substitute Wigan here for Sunderland. But the game was abandoned due to a waterlogged pitch. Spurs beat West Brom (2-1) Well, a 1-1 draw Chelsea Newcastle could be a big scoring game, hard to call.Maybe 4-3 (though to who don't know) Meh, Newcastle never got a chance to get going. 2-0 to the Blues. Stoke beat Arsenal (2-0) Nil-all very very boring (come back Robin we NEED you!) Liverpool fall to Man City (4-1) Liverpool came back well, 2-2 draw Okay well, I got SOME right (and some abysmally wrong...) Y'know, we should all do this. I'm sure most/all of you are better at it than me...

Did you watch the match? Best defensive performance I have seen for Arsenal in years, and that's without our best two defenders (Koscielny and Sagna). Robin would not have scored in that game, but he may have set up Ramsey at the end. Just need a well rounded CM to come in, another attacking midfield player and a utility defender.

In fairness, I only watch "Match of the Day", but they usually get the highlights and important points. I thought they really struggled without RVP, just didn't seem like the attacking Arsenal we've come to know and expect. They looked shellshocked to me, wondering who was going to be their saviour. I don't remember them having any appreciable attempt on goal; seemed to be all Stoke.
At the moment I'd characterise them as like Man U without Rooney, if they hadn't got Van Persie now. Or back when they were hanging on to Van Nistelroy's abiilty to see them through. I didn't pay that much attention to the match now in all honesty, but from the sidelines it looked to me like Arsenal struggled... Mind you, Villa were terrible, but then, you come to expect that!
