99% of players would do the same in Suarez`s situation, its a natural instinct to stop the ball going over the line and kind of an unwritten rule for any player to do, if its going to save giving a way a goal. Suarez was punished and sent off and justice was served with the penalty being given, only problem is that Ghana missed the penalty............As for rectifying that, the only thing they could have done, was directly giving the goal because cameras show that it would have definately been a goal anyway, but again we now go into the technology debate once again.

True, but he was deservedly punished with a red card and a suspension from possibly the biggest game he'll ever play in his career - Ghanaian fans can only really blame Asamoah Gyan for missing the resulting penalty.

I'm backing Spain for the Paraguay game, but can't choose between Germany or Argentina. Technically I should support Germany (although to my knowledge I have no relatives from there, my surname's German, so chances are that I have), but an old enemy's an old enemy dammit! I guess I can just hope for a good game then.
