I was gonna say it's back to 3-1 for Slovakia, but Italy have pegged it back to a one goal margin...again. Sounds like a hell of a game - shame I'm busy staring at this screen waiting for some moron spammer to pop up or something instead.

Oh well, it's a shame NZ didn't make the cut but they played well. Remaining unbeaten against Italy, Paraguay and Slovakia is certainly commendable and I didn't think they would manage a draw against Paraguay (whom I've always liked) but what do you know!
And it's nice to see something other than rugby in the limelight at this time of the year.

New Zealand did incredibly well to be in with a chance of topping that group right up until the very last second of the last minute of their final game. Its a shame but as Bulldog said, i thought they were going to be this groups whipping boys so they certainly havent shamed themselves!
