I always like bicycling, it does not even have to be extreme, in fact it is supposed to boost metabolism, and if you're not listening your body and process sugars, you'll never lose weight. I'm thirteen and I'm around 100 pounds. Also, with that in mind, don't sit for too long or you'll find yourself glued to the ground. You're supposed to enjoy exercising, not taking breaks. Enough said.

i don't...uh...well first of all when the weathers nice I commute on a bike. Also, I'm one of the thinnest people I know, so I'm not sure where weight loss came in.

And who said anything about enjoying breaks? What?!?!?!?!
