I'd say 8 people minimum for a good league. We've already got 5 so far, but I guess we can always put randoms in if we can't get enough.

I usually like to wait until closer to the season. Having one of your top picks go down in a preseason game or something is the worst. Plus, it gives more time for other people to join. I don't mind heading it up though.
