Wow, I took Fred Jackson early, I think he was about 110th overall and I took him at about 80th, and sure enough he is doing awesome. I have been watching him for a while now and knew he would tear it up. I think I can just play Brees and him and be set for next week. How ya'll doin in your leagues? 2-0 here :)

Dude, my cousin has Wayne and was leading by like 5 pts and ended up losing. such a bummer. Last year I had 2 ties then the next day the scores changed and I had lost by 1 or 2 pts...so *** I feel ya homie.

2-0 in my IDP PPR dynasty league (Despite the efforts of one Mr Frank Gore as an opponent)

2-0 in my IDP PPR cutthroat league (Love it, there is no bench, so you either roll with a bye and matchup or swap one via waivers, where there isa fair bit of talent sitting. Top scoring in it as well, D players score 'equal' to O, top scorer in both weeks for me has been a D player)

1-1 in my normal 16 teamer. Had to sit Welker and LT for obvious reasons. Was doing okay til Brown exploded and Wayne did **** all. Was a terrible score either way.

I'm 1-2 now. Won against somebody with Peyton Manning last week. I'm starting to have hope, I'm waiting on a waiver to trade Elam. He's pretty unreliable. I've come to believe that a good kicker is vital to fantasy success.

Gore was my troublesome opponent in week 2, MJD last week. 1-2, 2-1 and 3-0 in my 3 main leagues.

I think a consistent D is more important personally, or at least 2 viable options. Kicker is at least replaceable week to week.

i think both are replaceable week to week. i usually draft 1 defense and end up using someone else i pick up from waivers more than the team i drafted.

Yeah, but a good D is much more likely to hold form than a kicker or a matchup defense IMO.
