I ran the San Francisco (Half) Marathon a few weeks ago. Finished in 02:02'50". Kind of a slow pace, but I only trained for 4 weeks so I was amazed that I could even finish- plus kick 6000 people's asses who I finished ahead of...

If I wouldn't pass out after the second lap at that pace. I'm a one and done kind of guy. 6:05 was my fastest mile.
