Did 5 laps running and 30 push-ups each lap. Then went for a walk through the woods and grabbed that photo.

Had this thought at the gym today: gym bros are the most autistic guys of all. Why is it, then, that the stereotype of autism doesn't include them? Probably because of ableism, that's why! They're too darn healthy for us to think of them that way.

agree. All this sounds like a solid routine. It's good to hear you're taking care of your kidneys and liver while using supplements. Milk thistle and cranberry juice are great choices for maintaining organ health. Tons of water and peppermint tea will definitely help too. I've been working out at fit4less , and it’s a great place with affordable memberships. Keep up the good work!

Yes, but as long as you start out slowly and build up from there, you’ll be fine. Years ago I ran in a couple of 10k races and some less lengthy ones and had a great time. I’m recovering from a foot injury right now but look forward to getting back into running as soon as I can.

I have been walking a lot lately this week, every day long distances.

This morning though, I tried running for the first time in months. It went better than I thought too.
