Lost 11 pounds in the last two weeks.
Always amazed how fast this happens with me. Didn't even exercise particularly hard or do cardio, just a bit of weight-lifting. A change of diet is obviously the biggest factor. Not sure how to continue with that. I kinda wanted to relive the glory days of having a six pack, my girlfriend said she doesn't like that and prefers to have what little fat I have for kneading and cuddling purposes. I don't let her dictate my looks (and she's not aiming to) but a six pack is hard to achieve and maintain, so I might just let her convince me otherwise.
