I had a pretty good routine many moons ago but now I've become a marshmallow.

As of now I mostly just do walking lunges across the kitchen while waiting for food to microwave, random youtube workout videos (I like fitnessblender's channel) and jumproping. I need to start some sort of weight training regimen because I'm paranoid about getting the "skinnyfat" look. Vanity's an excellent motivator! I have 30 lb dumbbells but that's it. If anyone could suggest a beginner weight training regime for women that'd be great.. There is a very small gym at the rec center down the street but it's probably limited in terms of equipment. They have a krav maga class but it's too expensive :c

I have tried to get into yoga but I find it unbearably dull.
