I never used to enjoy exercising but because I do it 4 times a week now I love it. I just hate the gym, running on a treadmill is my worst nightmare. I find circuits of resistance training to be much better (for me).

One legged squats will be the death of me. My arms are still hanging off my from Tuesday in the gym. Trying to build my upper body strength up so I can do a push up and generally haul my own weight around.

Yes, I have the upper body strength of a domestic house cat
