Moving the workouts to Musicbanter for daily posts since I do it on Boxden:
https://boxden.com/showthread.php?t=3381644&page=5 that workout on the 28th, will be similar to all the workouts in October, Im not thinking to hard about that September month totals: - 21,137 steps/day average (28 days for the month on my Google Fit) - 6 total lifting sessions (goal was 15) - Did not fast that much at all - *stopped weighting myself I did start running way more by the end of the month and will make a target number goal for miles ran total all October. I did fast a couple times but didn't do 3 days at all. I will make a more realistic fasting goal for October. Started the month out motivated to lift every other day in my bedroom but that did not last at all. I did find out that the actual real gym isn't so bad and plan to shift to that in October. ---- Making October Goals today..... |
My workout today was a mix of strength training and a quick cardio session—felt amazing afterward!
