I work out 6 a week. I had been going all natural, but I figured as long as I'm in Iraq I might as well go all out. Taking No-Xplode, stacking it with cynth-6. Good results.
I enjoy training people new to working out (if they're serious about it) I started working out at 6'1, 130 lbs. I've added 50 lbs of muscle to that in the past four years that I've been working out. If anyone want any tips I really don't mind giving them out. Especially skinny people that want to put on weight, I feel where you're coming from. |

Go out and get yourself a calorie counting book, it lets you know the calories, fats, protiens, carbs of almost every type of food there is. It also doesnt matter if you are eating alot, if you are not eating the right things and enough of them it isnt gonna do ****, for me I was really lean and skinny when I started lifting 6 years ago and managed to gain about 60lbs at my peak before i had surgery, now I am still 40lbs ahead of the game, you need to take in 1-1.5g of protien per pound of body weight and about 2-2.5g of carbs per pound of body weight simple as that, so if you 100lbs thats 100 - 150g of protien and 200 - 250g of carbs, pls about 20-30g of healthy fat per day specifically before bed with a high protien meal at that point as well, fats can come from things like nuts, avacadoes, natural peanut butter. You also should devide up what your body needs to take in food and calorie wise and be ale to eat equal porsions every 2.5-3 hours while snacking in between a few of those meal with a protien shake or something ya know. Also get your self some creatine as well my friend, It really helps pack on the weight and strength. You should go to the store and pick up some bodybuilding magazine they have a ****load of information in there that will really help you out.

Iv heard many things about creatine though. Its expensive and some people claim that it did nothing for them.

Its not expensive at all my friend, if you just get the straight monohydrate powder its really cheap actually, and it works, who ever says is doesnt isnt taking it right or isnt working out or eating properly, there is no majic supplement or thing you can take and just get big without training or eating properly, straight up, but when you do all those thing properly together you would be amazed at what can happen, not over night though, people give up after a short period of time when they dont get any gains, its take a LONG time to build muscle and a VERY short period of time to lose it. You need to take creatine right before or during your workout and right after you workout sa well 5-10g each time, on days you dont workout take 10g in the morning with breakfast and it NEEDS to be taken with a sugary fruit drink such as gatorade or koolaid or any type of juice for that matter, DO NOT take it with water or soda or coffee or anything like that, it wont work, and you MUST drink alot of water throughout the day while you are on creatine to get its full benefits.

Honestly, there's no need to take any supplements. Go natural for now, just go hard. People are going to say **** like don't push yourself cause you'll injure yourself. **** that. Obviously if your muscle starts actually tearing, you're gonna stop. But you're gonna have pain when you build muscle. It's the rebuilding after you break your muscles down that makes them bigger. So if you're just tiring your muscles out a little, and not tearing it down, you wont get results. Eat a lot of protein and omega-3 fats. Fish is a great way to go, as are peanuts. |
