I've been training for triathlons again so i've been swimming and running. When it gets nicer out I'll start biking to work again. I've moved away from weights all together though. Chin ups, pull ups, crunches and I'm good.

Did another 7 miles on the bike yesterday and shaved a minute and a half off my time. I should get the weights back out but I always find an excuse!

I stick to sprints and olympic distances because I don't have the time to train for the halfs/fulls. I could find it but its more effort than its worth. Shockingly, its not as close to as hard as I thought. The different disciplines don't communicate so after the first half mile I'm running like I didn't just bike 25 miles.

I've been doing some simple exercises almost every day, except for when I have really tough days at work. (masonry can get really strenuous)
30 vertical crunches 100 bicycle crunches 40 reverse crunches 40 oblique crunches (20 for each side) 30 - 50 pushups (all depends) 20 bicep curls to halfway, 20 FROM halfway, and 20 full 20 dumbell flies |

As well as my regular 7 mile bike trips I do a regular exercise that keeps the bicep in exceptional shape. It is the Carlsberg bicep curl. What you do is grab a can of lager and constantly curl it towards your mouth with your mouth open. You not only gain great muscle definition, you can also get wankered if you do it enough

I got big into working out when I was about 19, I am now 25, mostly bodybuilding/powerlifting, I boxed as well for about a year. I am just slowly getting back on track again, I had hernia surgery about 6 months ago and got a little lazy afterwards lol, its ok though my body need a good long break, my joints were getting extremely sore, I was having problems with one of my shoulders and one of my knees. I have tried alot of different supplements, everything under the sun really until I had surgery, My diet was how it was supposed to be to a T, I lived a breathed bodybuilding, I got really strong and in extremely good shape, I think physical fitness is great and should be a part of everyones life, it just makes you feel good n **** all around if anyones has any question rearding dont hesitate to ask I will help streer you in the right direction.

I walk a lot. I drop pounds easily so a day of walking (I'm talking 8 hours of walking) melts away quite a bit but I'm small anyways so it's not like I have to drop 20 pounds.
Of course, winter makes it harder. I don't feel like walking in -50 degree celcius weather.
