I agree, I stop right away and take a few days off. the pullin up on the weight for the tri cep workout, pulls the back also and its easy to hurt it easy. ill be, mindful of that my friend

still sore from the other day...still lifting today but probably not as much. Im also drinking 125 grams of protein too

You know when my body is sore from pumping too much iron I find that the best way to heal is eating an entire meat lover's pizza and slamming a Dew.

I just use my 20 pounder rather than the 25er And fit the extra 600-100 calories of protein in with low carb veggies like carrots and broccoli. I have some broccoli saved from yesterday and a bag of carrots. apples and berries will be the main meal. even went to the store and left with no 'hot food" i need to buy some oats

Im tracking this new lifting routine in the excel sheet I had for my pulls. just going to start over and see how many days I stick with the routine..

I just filled in all the data into the spreadsheet and then started to stretch, but wow, I dont think its smart to lift this sore On Day 5 today, but took yesterday off

Im "pumpin" this protein, breaking the fast I have going on now at almost noon. and drinking one every hour as I lift. Ill be more sore tomorrow but it'll be worth it

sore muscles and 5-6 shakes is the magical formula
