I don't know how people can have a home gym and actually use it. Maybe it's my ADHD but going to a dedicated place to work out focuses me a lot. I'm there to do one thing and one thing only, pound back a sugarfree redbull and do 40 minutes of cardio. Mr. Dayvan wants a treadmill in the living room but I can only see it collecting dust because the focus isn't there.

ran 20 mins, doing 6 sets of my kettle bell now. i was doing 4 of 5 but i saw a nice meme that was informed me about the second set after your max, to further rip the muscle. So im doing a max, then resting for like 15 seconds and going again...
