So far I haven't been able to get to that but I'm probably averaging about four days a week at the gym which isn't too bad. At this point I've lost about 15 pounds, put on a noticeable amount of muscle and gone down two notches on my belt.

I'm impressed, its one thing to talk about doing that but to acturally do that is very impressive. You got me outstaged going 4 days a week and wanting to go 6. I'm lucky to go 2-3 times a week, but when I go I exercise its upwards of 3 hours.

Good luck man, back in the day I really wanted to gain size but it takes alot of food to do so. When I lift i burn between 600-1,000 calories per session. As crazy as it sounds peanut butter and jelly sandwichs have done wonders for me as of late. You have simple and complex carbohydates along with protein. It works as both a pre and post lifting food. Since I've been eating them on an daily basis I've gained 3 lbs in 3 weeks without giving any effort to trying to gain weight.

If only there were a way for me to give you 15 of my pounds. Then we'd both be happy.

Is anyone have a clue about this? I took a bet with my friend that I could eat a 6 patty burger from wendy's

http://c2.ac-images.myspacecdn.com/i...895ec2620d.jpg

So anyways I consume that @ 2pm.. and I lift @ 7pm.. this part I am not sure about.

The start of my leg routine with the following on Leg press:

55 for 12
145 for 12
235 for 10
325 for 10
415 for 8
505 for 4

I had been stuck on 505 for the longest time for 4, today I not only did 8, I did 595 for 5 a weight I've never attempted.

Does anyone know what part of that burger is responcible for the huge gain in strength/endurance?

As a vegetarian, this is gross! lol

I do 100 pushups (Sets of 10 every 3 minutes, alternating wide with normal), 40 crunches, 25 squats and 60 leg lifts a night, plus whatever happens in P.E.
Edit: I've been doing this for the better part of the past year. The pic in my avatar was take about two years ago.

I'm american, and I'm male.. this sort of thing is bound to happen.. You'd be surprized how many people have said its "gross" to them. Even the most hardcore meat eaters.

As someone who loves meat, this is gross.

As crazy as this sounds for getting in shape/toned the above burger is amazing for aiding to that. I eat a fairly clean diet with about 2-3 "dirty" days a month. When I eat these dirty days my body is not used to metabolize it. Because of this it goes above and beyond what is needed to metabolize it and this metabolism rate continues for a while after the food is gone.
