After my ankle healed from a break I lifted at the gym to get back on track from the inactivity, but now I just do a core regimen every other day and carry **** for long distances to stay in shape.

I really recommend you the Athlean-X channel on YouTube, Mindy. He explains exercises very detailed and focuses a lot on how not to damage anything.
He also has a lot of very creative and useful new exercises or tweaks to existing ones I've never seen anywhere else. Don't ignore this like you ignore all other advice here! |

I workout 5-6 times a week, first thing in the morning. I usually do weighted calisthenics and gymnastic exercises on rings, but during the winter or bad weather i work inside using dumbbells.
I'm not taking any supplements, but i pay much attention to my nutrition. |
