Weightlifting is more efficient at burning calories than cardio. I do a lot of cardio because my lungs are **** but apart from that if I want to lose weight I do an extra day of weight training.

Started back at the horses, mostly mucking out etc but really want to push myself and get good enough to maybe start show jumping but not looking forward to getting bucked off everytime I canter

going again today, snapchat fills my feed up with these fitness girls that have lose like tons of weight or just are naturally in get shape. one girl thinks you can "drink" ketones and sells them from some company lol i believe thats a scam, just research it. its hard to say to her its a scam since shes lost 90 pounds. she lost the weight because of herself though, not the ketone drinks that do nothing.

she goes to the gym everyday, highly dont shes going back to being overweight. she doesnt have her snap open to chat though.

i follow a female marine and its neat seeing her life as a women in the corps. i was in the infantry, they dont even allow women in the infantry units. my whole marine corps experience was with no women around, so watching her snaps is a wig out for me kind of

then theres pineapplebrat, but she has a boyfriend, so i dont watch her s***. shes just a super fitness person
