I don't know how people can have a home gym and actually use it. Maybe it's my ADHD but going to a dedicated place to work out focuses me a lot. I'm there to do one thing and one thing only, pound back a sugarfree redbull and do 40 minutes of cardio. Mr. Dayvan wants a treadmill in the living room but I can only see it collecting dust because the focus isn't there.

You do realize it's possible to actually hurt yourself seriously doing that, right? Perhaps having some patience and being satisfied with more modest results over a longer period of time is better than just going YOLO and getting a spray tan.
