Actually, yes... there are multiple ways to train your cardio. The important thing is getting your heart rate up, you can just do some intense yoga or boxing style workouts. Find something that you enjoy and can stick with is way more important.

Then go farther and stick to uneven ground. Do you walk with hiking sticks?
