Why don't you just walk? You don't have to run or buy
anything fancy. Just walk for 30 minutes at a moderate pace every day och and work your way up. Go on your breaks or after work. If you want to be social, invite a friend. If not, just put on some good music. Make it a routine. That's really all you have to do.

I mean I do, lol, I'm not a beginner. I'm a big hiker, but I feel like I've plateaued in terms of results. I just hate running but it's so efficient for fat burn but I don't wanna I want the easy way out :eek:
