LCHF is quite big in my area of the world. Although, if you want to reverse diabetes type 2, another way to do it is to juice for 30 days (straight vegetable juice/not fruit juice). It has been proven to reverse diabetes II completely. It is not that hard to juice really and the benifits of just drinking juice are pretty nice (I find I have much more focue/energy when I just juice). |

finally started doing pull ups during my runs around the track, it has a outside gym thing, i just did 10 on the 3rd lap and then another 10 on the last lap. i hooped for an hour though and its hot out, yikes. it was 9am too wtf! (80-81 degrees) the preworkout worked better then i thought at keeping me moving. compared to the weak monster rehabs. that was just caffeine and tea basically. i need to maybe increase the amount of times i run around the track after hooping to like 10 and then 15. and do pull ups at every 5th lappy.
i might pick the kettlebell up today, that **** ended up ****ing my back up though so im really going to rethink what type of stuff i do with it |
