I had a pretty good routine many moons ago but now I've become a marshmallow.

As of now I mostly just do walking lunges across the kitchen while waiting for food to microwave, random youtube workout videos (I like fitnessblender's channel) and jumproping. I need to start some sort of weight training regimen because I'm paranoid about getting the "skinnyfat" look. Vanity's an excellent motivator! I have 30 lb dumbbells but that's it. If anyone could suggest a beginner weight training regime for women that'd be great.. There is a very small gym at the rec center down the street but it's probably limited in terms of equipment. They have a krav maga class but it's too expensive :c

I have tried to get into yoga but I find it unbearably dull.

I ran 3 miles in like 24 mins today at a 1 foot incline ...that's the best ive ever done so far usually it takes me 30 mins 10 mins per mile

I heard when it comes to cardio its not really even the distance u run its all about your heart rate and how fast your going or moving ya know ...like shock your body is whats effective

I used to run on the tread mill at a 4 foot !!!! incline with a 80 pound weight vest on that was hard but after u were done a took off that vest u felt all DBZ like LOL

yes, that's it. essentially the same benefits you get from regular yoga in terms of working your muscles and keeping your body lose and limber, but combined with enough intensity that you get a nice cardio work out as well. there's a place 3 or 4 minutes walking distance from where i live and i'm thinking of giving it a go. i like the idea of classes more than going to a gym because then i'm being pushed by those around me rather than having to push myself at the gym.

also it's yoga so sexy ladies in tight pants.
