Really? That is strange, do you play any sports? You might find you don't realise how much you're using the left hand side of the body. Either that or you like a lefty quite often. :D

I think it's psychological. When doing bicep curls for example, I may struggle with my set on the right arm (my natural side) but seem to find it easier to do with the left arm.
I think the thought process of knowing that you've already done it with your natural side allows you to think, you can do it again with your rested side.

I start and do all the grunt work lefty, then finish off with the finesse of my right hand. So all things considered they still should be equal.
