Thats the truth man. Ive got a super fast metabolism and have a real hard time gaining weight. But Ive been taking PVL's Mutant Mass. Each serving has about 80-90 grams of protein and just under 1000 calories. Take those first thing in the morning and post workout with creatine. Ive put on a fair bit of size with it.

Just remember to get enough water in with the creatine or you can **** your liver up bad.

But definitely need to eat meals with high proteins and moderate to high carbs if you want to put muscle on. Also eating pretty constantly with emphasis on eating right when you get up in the morning and maybe a light protein shake before you go to sleep.

Yeaa, in a normal work day I drink a 4L thing of water. And tons when I work out as well. I also got these Milk Thistle vitamins from my suppliment store and they're super good for your liver and kidneys.

i only eat like 3 decent meals a day. I should probably be eating 5 or 6 meals a day since i am pretty active. But it's not like i know if i start eating more, if i will suddenly start gaining weight. So i never really tried to eat a lot of food because it's expensive and it makes me want to puke.

Legitimately you have to eat more to put on muscle. And yes it's expensive.

Eat every 2.5 - 3 hours and try to get at least 25g of protien in each meal if you can, and twice as many carbs, if your 6'3 and 170 I would assume your pretty lean and have trouble gaining fat so if thats the case than you dont have to be too careful what you eat, if I were you I would shoot for 2g of protien per pound of body weight and 3-4g of carbs per pound of body weight, and eat some fats too like almonds, peanuts, avocadoes, lots of red meat, that **** will start gaining you pounds, eat huge in the morning and before bed and drink a protien shake after your workout and then eat a huge meal 1-1.5 hours after that post workout shake then just fill in the gaps with high protien/high calorie meals. Hahaha you say you feel like your gonna puke if you eat too much thats all part of the game, you need to eat until you cant eat no more my friend, and once you do this for long enough you will eventually stretch you stomach so it will be able to handle more food, if you want to gain weight or get big or whatever you need to EAT!

Same, which is totally awesome for me as I'm a woman. I tone pretty easily because I snack a lot and love my carbs!

My favourite workout: sex :D

I'm down to 8.3% body fat! Although I still can't see my six pack. Having said that, the fat layer covering it is so small, so I don't have far to go! I'm currently also wanting to try the human flag. It'll take a lot of training and whatnot but it looks so damn cool

Nice. I'm somwhere around 7-8%, I never really pay attn. I just try and stay fit and have everything else fall into place. I see too many people reach some numbered goal and decide to let themselves go to shit afterward.

CanwllCorfe 05-28-2009 05:17 PM

Ohh I'm definitely not one of them. I feel so much better being light, and eating better and being more active. I'm never going back to where I was before

I'm feeling like a beast. I maxed out at 230 pounds on squats today.
