It's incredible eh! Like every part of my back clicks and you feel so relaxed. And tight.

I've started working out a bit recently, basically because I'm back from another trip to Mt Arapiles and nothing makes you feel pathetically weak like rock climbing.

It's not the easiest thing to work out for because grip strength is almost always the thing that gets you, if you can do a chin up you've basically got the arm strength (except campusing, and I'm not a boulderer).
I've always done chin ups, but they don't really seem to help grip strength much so I took the fairly obvious option and started doing them on my fingertips, as well as trying to gradually remove fingers. I can't wait till I move to the city and can find an indoor gym to train in.

Other than that I might do a bunch of push ups or sit ups when I roll out of bed, but I'm not particularly motivated. Now that I've stopped playing soccer my cardio fitness is pretty deplorable for a 18 yr old dude.

Pull ups are back, man.
I've started doing P90X instead of just lifting all the time to help prepare for my hike next year. I'm already in good shape, but I want to make twenty miles a day and need to be in better shape.
For those not in the know, P90X is a fuking fantastic workout. Anyone that wants to get in shape, try and DL a free copy from the internet somewhere. It's expensive.
