i'm trying to get a six pack and I know in order to get one, you need to have your body fat percentage down to a single digit. i'm at 11! so damn close

Not completely true. Lift heavy with your abs so they pop and 11 percent should be dandy.

really?? well. I don't live nearby to any gyms. so I have to settle for crunches and leg lifts and other things unfortunately :( I just heard that you have to get your percentage below 10 for them to show

I used to weigh about 85 pounds more than I do know. Keep it up, your life will feel better to you the longer you work it. I have been on herbalife for the past 6 months. their protein complex is better than the creatine you get at GNC....FDA Approved

True my friend, if your bf% is above 11 or 12 you will be able to see a 4 pack but in order to get the ripped abs and be able to see all of them the ideal % is 8, cardio and really being careful with what you eat ie: low carbs will help with that, lots of veggies too, the are heathy and they fill you up but without all those extra calories you dont need if you are trying to reduce bodyfat

Theres no problem with being 18 and taking a little creatine besides your body produces it naturally, but only a very small amount. If one is going to sit around and not workout thinking creatine will get them muscular then I would advise against it but if one truly has a goal in mind then I say go for it for sure, its not harmful, except in EXTREMELY high doses.

agreed.... if your body does not use the creatine you put in it, it is very hard on your kidneys. You can't be a lazy a$$ and expect to get ripped

As a rule of thumb a guy shouldnot take any supplement that mess wth his natural hormonal production system before he is 25, other than that its a free for all really.
