i've been doin it since i was a kid,...i used to show horses competitively (as did my mother) and she had me do it because it improves your ballance, posture, and flexiblity so much i still do it a few times a week and it makes me feel not quite such a clutz in the past two years i've really gotten into bikram yoga, where its alittle more intense and you do it in a heated room,..........i feel like i get a good sweat, somedays i swear i can litterly feel my body pulling itself leaner,.....and its intense enough that i feel like i've really done something other than that, i just run my ass off i know i need to tone more though |

i've also thought of pickin a belly dancein class for my abs, but so that they will be nice and toned but not six packish,.....i need to tone but i think girls should maintain a softness too,...you know what i mean? ,. and yea,...yoga in a heated room,....its great,...it is really good for fat burning and creating 'lean' look |

In Dallas, or around it? Just wondering. I used to live in Dallas/Arlington/Irving/Ft Worth/Bedford.

i have to lift again tomorrow FTL. I'm so glad i love music so much because without it i wouldn't want to lift at all. I am lifting heavy right now trying to gain mass and it just kills me. I literally fall on the ground after doing some of the excercises. I took a 3 day break too, so it's going to be even harder.

i was about to walk to the fridge but then i remembered i'm not addicted to adrenaline, and chain smoked some more for half an hour. Then I went and got a pie. And beat up Hulk Hogan http://www.mysmiley.net/imgs/smile/animated/anim_19.gif
