It's so confusing to me how FtD constantly chastises assumptions and generalizations when FtD makes assumptions and generalizations all the time. Pretty sure there's a word for that, and it starts with hypo and ends with crite.

There's been talk in the fan base about Favre coming back, and them drafting Manziel to learn under him for a year. Sounds good to me, except for that I don't think Manziel is much different from Ponder other than that he's a lot smaller and probably a little bit tougher mentally. Also, Favre just isn't coming back. Maybe if you offered him about a 30M dollar, 1 year contract.

i dont think ponder and manziel are similar at all. ponder is decently athletic but i dont think he makes nearly the plays manziel can make. granted manziel only did it at the college level but if ponder could make some of those plays the vikes would actually be a good team lol

Manziel is more confident, I'm not comparing him to Ponder in terms of the plays they can make, but their skill sets really aren't all that different. Compare their speed, their arm strength, things like that, and they're about the same.

eh, measurables dont mean much to be tbh. jamarcus russel had a hell of an arm and combine and look at him. im a believer in manziel and want him to succeed. i will be rootin for him no matter where he goes, especially since he wont go to the nfc south where my falcons play

its almost free agent time... some pretty good ones out there this yr. could def shift the power balance in a few places. heard rumors about byrd goin to the rams which would be disgustin.
