Not at all, it's called being in touch with general reality. He literally, and factually knew that Martin was a sensitive guy. He fined him for "being a pussy" a bunch of times, so how do you even know that he didn't come forward about his feelings? Kinda sounds like he did vent his feelings, and Incognito didn't care for it, so he called him a pussy.

i feel like you have never been in a football locker room at any level.

you can 'be in touch with general reality' while still bein part of the locker room atmosphere. do you have any idea how many times someone is called a pussy in a lockerroom..... martin is/was a soft guy. everyone knew and yea they were bustin his balls about bein a pussy. i dont think the vibe was that it was ever serious like someone was gonan kill themselves or check into a mental health clinic... its just the ball bustin type stuff that goes on in locker rooms and on sports teams and i think if the guys woulda known that martin was at the point of quittin the team then they woulda toned it down

I have a feeling that last time you were in a football locker room was in high school, when people are immature, and call each other pussies.

It doesn't matter if he was "soft", which is hilarious considering he made it further in life than you could ever dream of by pushing around guys who are probably 2 times your size... But that's beside the point. Soft or not, Incognito knew it, and he continued to give him ****. That's called harassment, and it's against the law.

Except Incognito knew that he was suicidal, and he didn't give a ****. He continued to harass him.

I know exactly how Incognito's kind works. I know people just like him, they're "alpha", they don't even realize that they're being an *******, and they always call people names like "pussy". He's probably a nice guy, and he probably thought of Martin as his little brother, I bet he felt pretty bad hurting his feelings some of the time, he fined himself for "breaking Jmart", so no I really don't think Incognito's a terrible person or anything like that. I think he really is probably a decent guy, and it's a tough break for him, but at the same time he brought it upon himself. He's like a little kid who never grew up socially. He still thinks of society the same way he did when he first hit puberty, you know, when boys are at the height of calling their friends pussies.

so.... i guess you havent been in a locker room then... lol. wow how did i know, lucky guess??

here ya have documented texts and player admittance to the way they were talkin and you still aparently deny it?? lol what is goin on here? i am really sorry to shatter your image of the alternate reality you wish to live in but let me give you the cold hard truth: adult males call each other pussies.

but just incase ya didnt feel like believin me ya can always look at the same report you literally just posted where its documented. i would bet every dollar i have that someone has been called a pussy every single practice for every single nfl team. i think youre very out of touch with the way those types of guys talk unfortunately. not speakin of you specifically but i think thats where the general public has a disconnect when this story became kinda a big deal and social circles that weren't sports-based started noticing. the stuff said in those texts needs a context that a lot of ppl will never understand

also im not sure how the fact that im not an nfl lineman makes martin not soft.... interestin logic.... but martin called his own upbringing/college experience SOFT. he said it right int he report you just posted... lol cmon did you even glance at the link you gave or just blindly post it?? im not even gonna argue that point cause theres noa rgument against it. however you wanna look at it, hes soft.

as for the harassment thing i am sure martin can claim harassment. im unaware if hes filed and lawsuits. if he hasnt then i doubt he will. not sure what the ramifications will be for him or incognito but i bet ya most guys would rather have incognito back than martin. barring legal or league discipline i bet incognito plays again before martin

So, I guess you haven't been in a football locker room since college. Wow, shocker, here I thought you were talented, and actually had means to call people "soft". Silly me. /sarcasm.

How were they "talkin", buttnugget? Answer me that. Tell me, how were they "talkin", and I'll answer your question for you.

Lol@Adult males calling each other pussies. How many adult males have called you a pussy? I'm talking about unique adult males, not the same guy who's been calling you a pussy since you were 12. You know, that one who has a decent job, but still hangs out with you to "turn back the clock".

Right, and not everyone is made from the same fabric. Are we arguing about Jonathan Martin's softness, or are we arguing about whether or not Incognito was acting like a sociopath? Pick a subject and stick to it.

Interestin logic that you aren't a professional player, yet you see it fit to call him soft. I was trying to illustrate a couple of points, for one that he isn't "soft", and two that you're just a joe with a little high school experience. You played the game with kids, these are men, most of them grow out of that "hurr ur a pussy jon" ****, some of them are like Incognito, and would be working at McDonalds, or working a trade at best if they didn't have NFL talent, because they're immature.

I'm arguing with what I know based on the report, and critical observations, rather than assuming what goes on in other locker rooms based on my limited experiences.

your sports discussions and arguments through pretty much every thread are just so out of touch with the real world. i swear that i dont say that for some type of effect. i see how certain ppl around here (not you) like to argue and im not tryin to create hyperbole or anythin but you are just so very out of touch to what i consider basic reality as a sports fan

i literalyl dont even know what you are attemptin to say with the fact that im not an nfl player... like nobody here is a pro athlete or even close and nobody is claimin to be. but the fact that you think because we are not nfl athletes we cant call a guy soft is pretty absurd. what are you doin then judgin whos a good player and who isnt?? you arent an nfl athlete.... where you drawin the line? it already makes no sense given what i just said, but then coupled with the fact that MARTIN HIMSELF CALLS HIS UPRBINGING/EXPERIENCES SOFT in the article that YOU POSTED it really just makes me question what you are even talkin bout willis.

as for guys callin each other pussies... that word gets thrown around a lot. someone orders a girly drink, someone injures themselves in a stupid way, someone has no balls to talk to a girl, etc.... arent you a chick?? another reality breaker for ya: guys and girls talk differently *cue gaspin crowd noise and looks of confusion.* (this is where a male forum member quotes this section and says 'im a guy a dont call my friends pussies'). its just the way circles of friends tend to talk, particularly younger guys and certainly athletes. locker room type of talk is vulgar, manhood is tested whether its serious or jokin, sexist and racist jokin around happens, etc. im not sayin its right or wrong but im sayin it happens and for you to deny that is just naive on your part

as for the sociopath comment... well you can pretend context doesnt matter but it doesnt change the fact that it does. someone makin a vulgar joke in a locker room is different than someone sayin the same exact words at church. why do you think all the dolphins players had incognitos back????? cause thats the culture and i dont buy this garbage from mainstream media and soccer moms and armchair internet activisits that its a dangerous culture or whatever. its a culture thats different and not meant to be shared with other ppl anyways. its not tailored for everyone

of course i never claimed to be on the inside of every locker room and if you were using critical observation like you claim (lolz) then those skills need sharpened.... literally every former player that has spoken out and in the report itself it paints a picture of a certain locker room culture or way of speakin that is different than everyday 'normal' life. a lot would argue they went too far but notice it's always prefaced with 'listen the locker room is a different type of place' or somethin to that extent

I'm going to try something different with your buttnugg, I'm going to be real short and simple, and see if you can follow along.

*Cracking up* You realize that him being "soft" is a point in my favor, right?

And again who's reality? Is there a universal phenomena known as "reality"? Ever stop to think your personal reality might not be accepted by anyone besides maybe, well, you?

Right, and since Jonathan Martin was raised in this culture, and wants to continue to play in this culture, and has gone to the top of the food chain in this culture, I don't think it has anything to do with Jonathan Martin and football being "too tough" for him.

Also LOL if all the Phins had Incognito's back, then Wells wouldn't have had much to say about him, would he?

nobody is sayin football is too hard for martin. mentally tho he isnt best suited for the nfl locker room. hes lived a cushy life in comparison to most guys and was prob brought up a lot more proper. its just facts, sorry to dissapoint u with them

this reality is supported by what happened.... ya know the fact that martin freaked out and left the team without tellin anyone why immediately. its not really a judgement or opinion, its just literally what unfolded

Well I'd say it means that he didn't want Incognito's ****, and he was harassed over it. I was essentially letting you blather on and make my points for me. Carry on, though.

So answer my question, "what NFL locker rooms have you been in?".

But I thought there was a reality, so now there's a reality within a reality. **** man, there could be infinite realities within every reality! Shocker, I always figured that there was one reality, and everyone was supposed to abide by it.
