Any thoughts/predictions on the Monday night game?
Chicago has impressed me since the game where they imploded. Playing at home I like them to take this game. Should be a good battle as Detroit really needs to snatch this game and get back into the playoff run. I'll take Chicago.

You mean the Packers game? That was their only loss. Unless you meant to say EXploded.

I'm thinking Bears will shut down the run, but need to watch out for Johnson.

I'm a Bears fan. Good times and bad.

Finally a good Thursday night game. Not sure who was responsible for some of the other match-ups they banished to Thursdays.

Man thats a tough game to speculate on but im going to have to go with Detroit. I think Cutlers due to have an off game and the Lions should be playing with more of a sense of urgency. Of course if Cutler gets going he's capable of putting up MVP like stats in a game (which he's sure to follow up with a crappy game) I think ive touched on that topic before.. I think Suh is due for a big game though, cause he's been relatively quiet this season. Guess we will just have to wait and see though. Tough game to call cause both teams are well matched imo.

As far as the San Fran vs Seattle game I have to go with the 9ers. They should be out for blood since their loss to the Giants. Although teams have struggled to run the ball against the Hawks which would make them one dimensional. Not sure how confident I am in Alex Smith to take the squad on his back and lead them to victory in a "Aaron Rodgers" like performance. Gore is definatley the key to their victory and I look for him to finally exploit that seattle d. Of course if he doesnt it would be safe to say that the Seahawks are actually for real this year. Despite ripping off a win from Green Bay on Monday night football a few weeks ago.

Well I couldnt have called that any better if I say so myself. A heavy dose of Frank Gore and the 9ers come away with another win to advance to 5&2. Fun game to watch though

49ers pass game is non existent for some reason

Smith held on to the ball a ridiculous amount.

I don't know if they can beat high-scoring offenses

Yeah I dont know how you dont have a better passing attack going play action with Gore having games like that. Yes Moss is older but still gets respect from defenders and can still stretch the field if need be I think. Crabtree should be getting more thrown his way as well and what about Vernon Davis? Like I said I just dont know if Smith is going to be what they need him to be at QB but remember the 2000 Raven? They won a super bowl with Trent Dilpher as their QB so, the unimaginable is possible.

This is totally wrong. San Francisco beat Green Bay and Detroit, and even if Detroit is struggling, their offense isn't a joke.

They also killed the Jets and Bills, proving they can score.

SF is just so good all around defensively, and even when they are mediocre offensively, the defense can give them more chances by forcing quick three-and-outs.

It's the same reason why they aren't the best team. The Giants are obviously better (right now), as well as a few other teams with top 10 QBs.
I think the 9'ers are still the best also. If that game had been played at 9'ers home field then don't you think the game would've shifted just a tad? On top of that Falcons have been just barely getting by but they fight hard for those victories. Which would you prefer to watch? A close game or a blow out? I don't know about you but a blow out isn't worth watching.
