I stopped at a friends house to catch the 3rd period, and the Hawks were winning. I left figuring the Ducks couldn't possibly score 2 goals with only a few minutes left. Woke up this morning, turned on the news and see they won in a S.O.

*big ol' forehead smack*

The Ducks actually look like a contender, they haven't quit in a game yet this year. The B-HAWKS have a strong lineup and will be competing late into the playoffs though. People jock Toews and Kane, but Hossa and Sharp are equally as deadly when they get it going.

Been one since my grandfather used to watch em with me when I was in the larval stage.

When they took the cup in 2010, my daughter went downtown for the tickertape parade with some friends. She said it was incredible, and just a sea of red everywhere you looked. Hope they can do it again, but I don't think it'll be as sweet as then.

I was happy to see them break through. Lots of harsh years with Dollar Bill Wirtz. My Uncles were all diehard Hawks fans so growing up in St Joseph Michigan, it was mandatory to hop in a boat and cruise to Chi-town for games as a youngster.
