Richards and the team was got the Prince of Wales Trophy! The Flyers wins the series in 5, with a 4-2 win, the last goal was an empty net with 22.1 secongs left. Leighton three shut out this series.

I think any random person from the Montreal crowd could do three times as well in the booth, and any person from the Flyers crowd twice so :p

I find the only commentators I really like are the local guys, mainly because they not only know their sh‎it but also have a personal, close connection to the team. Random VS Dude #2 doesn't know anything personal about the teams, he just knows the top stuff.

Those last two games featured 3 of the hardest empty net goals you'll ever see:
-Game 4 - Giroux from his knees along the boards through the defender
-Game 5 - Richards off the ice past the goalie through 2 sticks and a goat
-Game 5 - Richards from his stomach "passing" it to Carter

I'd like to know what Halak was thinking when he left the net and skated almost to the blue line to try and stop the puck, and then Richards scored Philly's first goal. What the hell? Was he trying to do the defensemen's job (and where the heck were they?)

I'd like to see Philly take this. My guess would be in 7. I do love a lot of Chicago players...Seabrook, Keith, Brouwer, Ladd, Toews, Sharp. But I cant bare to see Kane raise that cup. Plus, Phillys got some beauty canadian boys too...Richards especially.

Final series is now underway and the score is now 1-1. I hope Chicago wins the Cup - and if they don't at least they tried harder than Toronto to end their nearly 50-year dry spell.

The last two minutes of that game made me want to kill myself. The only way that could have been handled more poorly is if they had managed to score on themselves.

I changed my mind. After reading up on the Hawks, I think they deserve to win. At least it would be nice. Chicago was basically a ghost town in terms of hockey for a few years because the team wasn't winning - I heard that some of their games weren't even televised on local stations and that you could get a ticket at the box office for a ridiculously low price because they wanted to sell seats. That, and a lot of my mom's family live in and around Chicago and they sent us a couple of jerseys and a whole bunch of other Hawks stuff last week.
