Well, gotta think you'll see some huge changes with the Canucks (or at least AV and Luongo will be gone; personally, I think they should explore trading the twins as well). I'm wondering if the Pens kick the tires on Luongo and get rid of Fleury. That's a lot of salary to take in on a team that relies so heavily on dishing out all the big bucks to their core group of players, but Fleury is so pathetic.

What a game between Boston and Toronto tonight. Krejci is such a beast in the playoffs.

This was amazing though: right after the OT game-winner, CBC caught Reimer's girlfriend (bottom left) giving Elisha Cuthbert (Phaneuf's fiancee) the stink eye after Phaneuf's terrible pinch on the game-winner.

Great game between LA and STL, going into OT right now. STL scored with 44 seconds left to send the game to OT

^ Yep, Pietrangelo is such an awesome d-man. Really think he's going to develop into the best overall d-man in the league. He's up there already.

St. Louis/Los Angeles has definitely been the best series.

Ducks win in OT, 3-2, now lead the series by the same count

The twins won't leave Vancouver..they wont waive their no trade clauses, nor do I think Gillis would ask them too. I almost expected Gillis to announce the firing of AV today, as a lot of GMs would do. But in typical Gillis fashion, he'll drag this on for a few weeks. AV's firing really is a shame, I believe he's the franchise leader in wins as a coach, combined with bar none the best winning percentage. I do think sometimes he may be a wee bit too much of a players coach, in not really lighting a fire under their asses when its needed. But that has to be on the players as much as anyone...namely Henrik. I love the Sedins, and I do hear that hes a solid guy in the lockerroom, but I just dont see him being that vocal guy who's not afraid to tear a strip of a teammate when its needed. Annnnywaaaays, Im still real excited for the rest of the playoffs. Id love to see the Pens go from the east, not only because I have Dupuis and Crosby in my pool.

At this point I'm hoping the West team in the finals comes from Cali, Ducks, Kings or Sharks, in that order

I was surprised nobody commented on the obviously blown call to give San Jose the power play that ended the game. What a hose job by the zebras. Fleury might not see another minute of playoff hockey after Vokoun's great showing. Luongo should be gone for the price. Hes an excellent tender in the regular season but takes it up the ass every playoffs hes been a part of.
