We've had Regier for the past 10+ years. Unless you mean Regehr.

I'm excited. In 30 years, the city of Buffalo will be renamed Pegula.

Brad Richards, big nine year deal with the Rangers. I believe they're gonna be a team to watch the next couple years. Also, does anyone else feel that Philly is probably paying Jagr about 2 mil too much? He's washed up.

They're paying for the name. I'm glad Buffalo was able to lure Leino from them.

If you ask me, Philly has fucked up with everything they've pretty well done this offseason so far, besides finally locking in goalie whos gonna be a constant contender.

Im not sure this is that bad for you man...Marty Havlat is a real solid player. And I honestly think Heatley is a fuc[ing chump. Sure, he's a great player...But he's an arrogant as.hole. I dont think he's much of a teammate in the locker room.

Marty straight up is not as valuable as Heater, so I would have preferred some draft picks included to sweeten the pot - especially since we are perpetually depleted of top picks and prospects. The trade tells me that Wilson felt the $2.5mill in additional cap space was as important as adding a fast skater. I don't think this team is done, as there are few quality free agents left and we now have a little more flexibility. Unfortunately, not as much space as I would have preferred... I would have liked to see some picks our way, or more of a salary dump with Heater in order for us to make a bold run at Shea Weber or Drew Doughty. Probably a 1% chance LA lets Doughty slip our way, and depending on the offer maybe as low as 25% Weber was available for us- but I wanted to see some offers. Wilson has gotta have more trades in the wheelhouse, else I'm chalking this up as a net loss for us.

Not really sure what to make of the Heatley trade. If (big if) Havlat can stay healthy, Sharks probably win this deal though. Heatley just isn't worth that big of a cap hit.

At least the Sharks robbed the Wild on the other trade. Burns is an absolute stud.
