That was painful to watch the last 3 games as a neutral fan just wanting a good series. Warriors just figured them out.

I didn't follow the playoff much. I was happy to see Andrew Wiggins succeed. He had so much promise after being a first overall pick. I'm sure he was under a ton of pressure to perform in Minnesota.

Definitely! He got so much flak over the years for not being a superstar #1 overall pick. Really proved the haters wrong about him being a winning player. If I had to rank the top Warriors during this run it would be Steph > Wiggins > Dray > Klay

Seeing the recent contracts handed out in free agency, it makes me weep that I'm not a-1.5 feet taller, b-athletic, and c-skilled.

Wiseman will join that group later this year. Looking forward to another title run. The only hope the rest of the NBA has, is to build a super team.

Sad to say I don't see Wiseman developing into anything more than a 10-20 MPG role player.

Nothing I have seen from him at the pro level leads me to believe he should have been drafted anywhere near #2 overall.

I hope I am wrong but he's a fouling machine.

I think ROTY is gonna be between Paulo Banchero and Jaden Ivey.

Paulo just has a very solid all around game; scoring, passing, defending. Gonna be a plus player from the jump I think.

Ivey has an incredibly polished offensive game. Really fun to watch. The Pistons could actually be solid this year! They have accrued so much young talent. I really like their core of Cade, Ivey, Stewart and Bey.

Which rookies do you all like?

They didn't. They were not good enough. I don't see them making the finals next year. Way too much competition in the east now.

Bill Russell

Passed away yesterday at the age of 88. R.I.P. to one of the greats and a legendary member of the Boston Celtics.

Boston Celtics fan here..Larry Bird made me a fan when I started watching basketball..
My favorite Celtics though are from the 50's, 60's, 70's.. Bill Russell, Bob Cousy, Tom Heinsohn, Sam Jones, John Havlicek. Russell won 11 championships in 13 years...and from what I've read could've easily won in all 13 years..He was hurt in the '58 Finals for instance and missed 2 games in that series against the Hawks. I think he's the GOAT personally. No one or team will ever come close to what the Celtics did in the 60's.
