i love nba too but its easily the easiest sport to shave points. i think it happens all the time. start gamblin a lot on games, you will pay attention to spreads and see just how screwy soooo many games are. its obvious.
the lakers vs kings series was unfortunate. kings got shafted and that was a really fun team. webber, bibby, christie, bobby jackson, vlade, pollard, peja, etc. great team. |

This season has been pretty boring so far overall, mostly because my favorite player (I don't have a favorite team) is in the east and the east is just a joke this year. I'd really love to see Portland solidify themselves as perennial contenders. They've made some stupid draft choices but also have gotten some serious bad luck. Both Greg Oden and Brandon Roy were well on their way to being superstars, but we all know how that worked out. They've come up with a really balanced roster and I like a lot of their players, and I think they could be contenders for years.

Good, ignorant fools like you don't deserve to watch a sport as great as basketball

I actually wish I was alive in the 70's and 80's when the NBA had more talent and the sport was actually worth watching.
Back in the day they had six hall of famers on one team and in today's NBA there is only 3 or 4 good ball players. The sport is so bad they actually rig certain games and make bad calls just to make games more interesting because of the lack of talent. Based on the ratings of the sport over the years, people don't really watch the NBA anymore like they use too. Basketball is a fantastic sport but basketball and what they do in the NBA are two different worlds. The NBA does not fairly and accurately reflect the sport...anymore. |
