not surprised at all by knicks letting lin go. I thought it was a cute cinderalla story but he has a lot of noticeable flaws in his game, can't believe houston gave him that contract.
Also the USA team looked very beatable tonight. Brazil was up the first quarter and got a lot of what they wanted. |

but yes, the guy has more turnovers than assists but then again, he's a sophomore. i know i know... people will say Rondo, Rose, and Nash didn't have that much turn over even during their rookie year. i agree though, that's a lot of money. Knicks will have to pay $1.75 per every dollar they pay the guy. not worth it

At least he is going to a place where he will get touches. I think people are starting to underrate him a bit. I hope he can play well.
But he won't be marketable if he doesn't produce though (who is that kid that came out of China a few years ago?). I'm pretty sure the Knicks passed on him because CP3 is headed there after this season.

well there this.
the article claims that a source said James Dolan decided not to match Houston's offer because felt "betrayed" and "hurt" by Lin's decision to even consider Houston. the article claims it's not based on financial or statistical reason. Dolan simply felt betrayed. not sure how reliable the writer is.

who knows anything is possible with the knicks management
It seems likely howard is heading to LA. This effectively kills all the likability for the team that steve nash gained. Just curious if anyone would care to name the worst lakers team kobe won a title with? I've only recently regained interest in the past couple seasons. |

The #1 reason to get Howard is defense. Bynum is absolutely TERRIBLE on help, while Howard has proven over and over that he is excellent at it.
LA desperately needs him. I just hope Orlando doesn't drag their feet forever.
