Thanks! I took them last week with a field trip I was on at a glacier

The quality of photos isn't always the best but it can really capture the beauty of my country.

It's one place I would love to visit. It reminds me of an unspoilt Britain.

I was saying to my Uni mates that if we had died on that glacier, I would have died so damn happy. It's the most indescribable feeling being in such spectacular settings.

Thank you so much for taking the time to look at some of my work. I had a portfolio on smugmug at one time but my trial has expired. The horse photo was taken with a point and shoot (I did not have my good camera at that time) the daffodil photo was taken with my Nikon D80 with my 18-135 mm Nikkor lens, this was one of this first photos I took with that camera. It took me forever to save up for that thing but it has been well worth it. i suggest it to anyone with a strong interest in photography. I will post more of my better if you want me too.

Vancouver is very much the same way, a hike in the mountains is only a 30 minute bus ride if that. I'm trying to find the beauty in the desert but without a car it's hard to actually get out into the vast open areas. I really should do it, maybe this weekend.
