America is so old-fashioned architecturally, those buildings mostly look cool.

^ There is a good side and a bad side. Architects are sometimes too pretentious. They want to attract attention and design buildings as if they were sculptures, so the final result is not as functional as it should be. But yes, there's an architectural boom here. In the past few days I've been photographing dozens of new housing buildings with an original style:

This one is covered with green polycarbonate panels. And their tone changes according to sunlight intensity.

I love this one:

At the moment I took the photo, the mustard-colored bakelized-wood facade seemed to be totally smooth, but it's actually full of windows. Next, another one of my favourites:

I don't know why, but it reminds me of some 80's or 90's sci-fi movie:

This one is popularly known as "the castle":

More futurist features:

Apart from colors, grey can be great too:

We have heaps of modern architecture in Melbourne JUST like those buildings... mostly I hate it in this city because they don't blend in with the old. But cool photographs

^same, in my city it's probably composed mostly of old building. I genuinely can't think of a super modern building in town.

Admit it! It'd be amazing to live in that building. Everyday life would be happy. Just look at your flat when you're sad and you're happy again. Simple.
