A little variety of this and that. I used a Nikon D80 for all of these.
Crop Duster I took this just a few days ago. It was fun chasing this guy around, he dipped down nearly ten feet above my head at one point. It was pretty thrilling. The Old Babcock Place I think there are more abandoned places like this around here than actual occupied houses. The Feedlot I felt so sad for these poor cows out in that miserable weather. If you look through the snow into the background you can see the second long line of cattle up to the feed trough. Poor things. Snail |

Turtle
Good thing about having a kayak is that you can get really close to these little turtles that sit out on these logs in the middle of the pond Reflections Sunset It just quit raining and the sun was setting and the colors were beautiful and they shown in the puddles just perfectly. I have so much respect for people who can take good sunset shots because its so hard to capture all that detail when some parts are extremely bright like the sky and other parts are really dark like the ground. Snow Geese Chased these guys all overhell and back in knee deep mud to get a decent shot. Its just impossible to get close to them. |

I adore the one of the plane. It's pretty unusual for me to see, amazing!

I was bored so I chucked a load of stale bread on top of the shed roof for the seagulls & photographed the resulting chaos...

The first one of the seagull gliding made me laugh. I don't know why. But yeah I just realised I always imagine to be nighttime where you stay !
