CanwllCorfe, I'm with the consensus that those are all excellent shots. I really like the view from the wheat field looking up at the sky!

I took some shots while making the trek home for break. Had to drive with my knees to capture 'em. Sometimes, California is kind of cool...

The sky is amazing in them! Whats the little white lines on the second?

I thought it would be cool to do a time lapse with the oncoming headlights, but it wasn't working out. It's hard to drive with your knees, pay attention to oncoming traffic, and try to arrange the settings in Tv mode on my camera simultaneously while holding the camera steady. The horizon turned out garbage, but I much prefer the sky smudged in the picture- it makes it look like a watercolor painting to me.

I thought that was what it was but I wasn't too sure, but I prefer the second photo, it's awesome.

The colour of the water looks photoshopped, but it really isn't, which is why I love this photo.

The first picture is from my digital SLR with a mighty big lens. The second two are just taken from a little point-and-shoot digicam. Can you tell any difference?

Mt. Cook is beautiful :) It looks a lot sunnier/less snowy than when I visited, though!

It was a bit obvious noticing the difference in quality between the first and the third, but all great pics nonetheless. I really loved the first one.

Kinda looks like a kettle lake, which would explain the color.
