Seeing this boat again brought back memories. A few years ago a friend and I, tripping on acid one night, rowed it out onto the lake. That was a strange, magical night. We felt like Ratty and Mole in The Wind in The Willlows. I felt sad seeing it in such poor condition. I swear the whole universe was contained in that boat that night. Now look at it. |

The parents finally unloaded all of their vinyl. They hadn't touched the stuff in at least 10 years after their record player broke. I tried buying them a new record player, but they've become more accustomed to CDs, whatever they can get on the radio, and any mp3s/singles that they ask for help in downloading.
I haven't done an official count, but I'd say it's slightly over 100+ albums. Originally, they were going to give their collection to my brother, but all he would've done is sell them off. And while I'm not a vinyl guy, they'd be better served for a more music-oriented person such as myself. I think these would look good in a music room if I'd go so far as to make one someday. |

Every year in October there is the Architecture Week in Madrid. It's like the Open House Weekend in London or Chicago, or the Doors Open Days elsewhere. So some buildings that are not usually open to the public for free, can be visited then. For instance, last time I went, with my camera and a wide-angle lens, to the Circle of Fine Arts. It's an eclectic-style building from the 1920's. This is the staircase:
The ballroom: I placed myself under the dome and took a photo of it. Obviously, I had to use a wide-angle lens (10mm-18mm, in this case):

I've been waiting so long for more of your work and it's so worth the wait.
Fred has too I believe.

Thank you. I'm just an amateur with curiosity. This is a feral cat in a park, last July: Here, I shot right when he opened his mouth (just luck). That's why he's got that "little tiger" look:
