Yup. And for the people who hated it, I hate it too and I'm a huge Pigface fan. I think the song is actually supposed to be annoying. Don't hold that against Pigface though, the album that song is from is one of my favorite albums even though it has the one track I always skip. I really just included it because it has such an unbelievably long title.

Stone Birds – Needs polish but not bad
Van Der Graaf – Pretty meh IMHO. Just don’t have the ear for prog. Psychadelic Avengers – Pretty interesting… I don’t think its overly special, and consistent guitar such as this isn’t really my thing, but still, interesting. They live up to their name. Prudence – Nice folkish rock ditty, not a fan of the vocals really though. Emerson, Lake & Palmer – More prog. More interesting than VDG though, still too much keyboard Al di Meola – Probably one of my less favourite Meola tracks… Similar to PA, doesn’t really hold my interest being a pure guitar track (Well close to it ) Love – Not bad. But again, nothing special. Melt Banana – Decent track… And not normally a noise/scream fan. Not a fan of the normal vocals though. Fats Waller – Classic. Not my favourite work, but a nice find in the compilation. Mungolian Jet Set – Experimental bluesy jazz. Interesting though, good field recordings, trials off a bit much. Pigface – Well I thought it was good Interesting construct, even though I ain’t a fan of the German language in music. Porcupine Tree – One of the better Porcupine Tree songs. Not normally a fan of theirs, probably like the folk sound moreso than the normal psych/prog sound. Got a bit boring. Norman Jean – Ugh… Skipped it. Just not my thing. Karl Sanders – Epic… Wasn’t huge on it in the end though, Interesting no doubt but everything seems far off rather than in your face. Sgt. – Post rock… The type I am not overly keen on. A nice night time track I presume, when in a chilled state, but probably not helped by being in this comp. Fairly bored fairly quickly. Fall of Troy – Horrible vocals… Sorry if I offended In order… Fats Waller Pigface Mungolian Jet Set Love Psychadelic Avengers Porcupine Tree Melt Banana Prudence Al di Meola ELP Karl Sanders Stone Birds Sgt. Van Der Graaf Fall Of Troy Norman Jean |
