I can see what angle you're coming from, but youtube's one of the sites I use to get an idea of what an artist's like. These mixes come in handy if I feel like hearing more. Certainly nothing remotely pretentious about making them.
I didn't agree with the pretentious comment.

I do still feel there needs to be a certain element of "hits" in there though....
