I really look forward to hearing this. I downloaded their discography a while back but there is so much in it that I've only got around to listening to Deadwing and In Absentia. I can't wait to give this a listen.

Thanks for the Nick Cave. I saw his song "Breathless" in Girl Skateboard's Yanks n' Planks video and loved it so I was looking into his music. You saved me a lot of searchin!

Well if you enjoyed Breathless, prepare to be blown away, especially considering that would have to be his worst song this decade nah jk, just really loathe it... Either way, hope you enjoy. I think you'ld enjoy 'The Boatman's Call' or 'Abattoir Blues/The Lyre Of Orpheus' (Breathless was on Lyre)

It's one of my favourite songs

Great list though. I'd have included at least a song off Nocturama and No More Shall We Part, but some top picks there all the same

Yeah not huge on NMSWP... And Nocturama was just a bore for me... I only wanted 10 picks per list, so I probably would have chucked Hallelujah on there if I added more.

Dunno why I dislike Breathless...

Each to their own eh.

You're right about Nocturama, it has a couple of really good songs on it but otherwise it's a pretty lame album - somehow manages to be overlong and rushed at the same time.
