Bully (Also known as Canis Canem Edit) has to be my one of my favourite video game soundtracks. It covered a wide variety of styles, and was very bassy.

I'm not absolutely crazy about the Halo series (except the first and second ones which were superb) but there's no denying the soundtrack is outstanding, even the lesser heard ones

Surely nothing can beat the glam-rock fantastic that is the Soundtrack to Micro Machines 2! I used to listen to this all the time, even when I wasn't actually playing mm2 :P Unfortunately only one of the 5 works or art is on youtube, but I have linked it below for your collective pleasures:

American McGee's Alice - Chris Vrenna

Own the soundtrack, though haven't played the game.

The Neverhood, the music was probably the only thing that kept me sane during most of the game.

Video games you say, then I've got a lot.

What Are You Waiting For [Instrumental] - My Little Cheap Dictaphone ( This is a song, right? But the Instrumental version is in the game. )
Victoria's Lab Int. - Winifred Phillips
Eve's Asylum Int. - Winifred Phillips
Da Vinci's Hideout Int. - ???
Sleepy Head by Passion Pit

..... from LittleBigPlanet 1 and 2.

Metal Gear Solid and Silent Hill have cool ones too.

Its very cool. They're my favorite.
Oh and I'm a fan of Winifred Phillips.

The only one I can think about off the top of my head that really made a dent into what I was listening to was the Mirror's Edge soundtrack. I was really digging the feel of some of those tracks.

The Red Dead Redemption soundtrack is good, I enjoyed it quite a bit.
